Service Details
We provide project design and consultancy services for low-voltage (LV), medium-voltage (MV) and high-voltage (HV) installations for industrial facilities, factories in organized industrial zones, power generation facilities, large commercial buildings and infrastructure projects throughout Turkey. Our aim is to design the electrical infrastructure correctly from the beginning so that it is safe, compliant with regulations and capable of operating reliably for many years.
In practice, voltage levels are generally defined as LV <= 1 kV, MV 1-36 kV, and HV above these levels. For us, the essential point is not only the voltage level at which your facility operates, but also the structure of the loads, the operating scenarios and the expansion plans. We always begin project work by collecting this operational data.
In the first step, a site survey and existing condition assessment are carried out. Transformer substations, MV switchgear, panels, cable routes, grounding arrangements and existing projects are reviewed; the requirements for new loads or capacity increases are clarified. These data form the basis for creating the numerical model of the LV/MV/HV network.
Relay selectivity and coordination studies are critical for the correct operation of the protection system. We evaluate relay curves and settings together with short-circuit calculations so that a fault is cleared only at the required point and in the shortest possible time, while critical loads remain energized as much as possible.
In primary and secondary project design, diagrams are prepared for power and lighting panels, power factor correction systems, generator synchronization, metering circuits and automation-SCADA communications. In projects where it is required, power quality monitoring and recording systems are also included in the design.
The prepared electrical projects are developed by taking TEDAS, the relevant distribution company (EDAS), TEIAS and EMO criteria into account. We also take an active role in preparing application files, following authority revisions, managing approval processes and handling technical corrections before acceptance. In this way, the investor does not have to manage the administrative process one step at a time alone.
We do not remain limited to the project documentation; we also take part in the field during the implementation process. Within the scope of implementation supervision, the conformity of the works with the project, cable cross-sections and routes, panel locations, unlabelled or incorrect connections and grounding details are checked. Written feedback is provided to the site and the employer for any nonconformities identified.
During the proposal process, the facility type, number and rating of transformers, number of MV cubicles, distances in the field and scope of authority procedures are considered. After the site survey and preliminary discussion, we prepare a clear, step-by-step engineering proposal covering project design, authority approval follow-up, implementation supervision and commissioning support.
