We provide project design and consultancy services in low voltage (LV), medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) facilities for industrial facilities, factories within OIZs, energy production facilities, large commercial buildings and infrastructure projects throughout the country. Our aim; To design the electrical infrastructure from the beginning that is safe, compliant with the legislation and will operate smoothly for many years.

In practice, voltage levels refer to LV ≤ 1 kV, MV 1–36 kV, and HV refers to levels above this. What is important to us is more than what voltage your facility operates at; the structure of the loads, business scenarios and growth plans. We always start project work by collecting this business data.

In the first step, field exploration and current situation analysis are performed. Transformer centers, MV cubicles, panels, cable routes, grounding devices and existing projects are examined; The needs for new loads to be installed or increased capacity are clarified. These data are the basic input for us to create the digital model of the LV/MV/HV network.

During the modeling phase, we perform short circuit analysis, load flow and voltage drop calculations. These studies; It is mandatory for the correct selection of transformer power, cable and busbar cross-sections, breaker and disconnector ratings, protection relays and other equipment. Within the scope of application supervision; The conformity of the manufacturing to the project, cable cross-sections and routes, panel layouts, unlabeled or faulty connections and grounding details are checked. During the commissioning phase; Transformer and MV cubicle tests, protection relay adjustment and function tests, grounding and continuity checks, verification of measurement circuits and scenario-based maneuver trials are performed.
